Paige Smith – Started working with the Fraser Valley Watersheds Coalition in the spring of 2021 as a Restoration Field Technician. She shifted into the role of Watersheds Educator mid-summer to advance the organization’s ability to inspire and educate our communities on the importance of watersheds. She enjoys all outdoor activities and believes everyone should have the opportunity to learn about their local environment.

 

Natashia Cox – Is the Program Director and, along with the governing board of directors, oversees the Fraser Valley Watersheds Coalition. She is a Registered Biology Technologist, Qualified Environmental Professional and BC Society of Landscape Architecture Associate. She is dedicated to resource management and watershed planning. Her goal is to conserve natural assets and create opportunities for communities to connect with nature. She leads and collaborates on complex projects including designing and implementing habitat restoration projects, sensitive habitat inventory mapping and bio-engineering. She is very proud of her team of volunteers, members, staff and directors who work tirelessly to achieve our goals “It takes a team to build the dream!”
